Poor Service From Bradlows

<p>I purchased a TV on the 10th from bradlows in cape town CBD. They promised the warehouse will call me on Monday the 12th to make arraignments for delivery. After contacting the store a number of times, on Monday and today, they gave me a number to call the warehouse to find out what the holdup is... TAKE NOTE... I HAVE TO CALL THE WAREHOUSE MYSELF... the warehouse then told me they have no stock and the store should have told me this. After the warehouse called the store I then called then and they confirmed they have the stock in store but the warehouse must go pick it up. Why did they not tell me this in the first place??? Now I have to wait another day for delivery... </p>
