Poor service. Faulty items and late delivery

I bought a dining room suite for 30 000 but now they delivered faulty item the chairs are not good now the table is not complete.They came to assemble it but they can't get it right some parts are missing. The service is very bad Now I am cancelling the order and they have to come and collect their things
