Poor service

Bradlows dispatch. Service at dispatch, Bellville Cape Town, is VERY VERY POOR. Arrive to collect my furniture, the people are so cold, they made us wait for 45 minutes without any explanation, when I ask them why am I not getting my stuff, they say it takes 20 minutes, but by the look of things, every one just sitting and stering at their phones
