Poor Service Delivery

I bought my mother a 3 piece bedroom suit ( Headboard, dressing table with a chair and they threw in a mirror as an extra gift) in July 2014,with the arrangement that they deliver once I'm done rebuilding my parent's house, unfortunately that took longer due to the builders but we were updating them regulary and they were fine with it. They came to deliver last week but without the mirror or the chair, when I enqiuired about that they said they will bring the mirror as the 3rd piece but not the chair as it was not on the suit.<br> I have been in contact with them ever since but they still stand that the chair was not on that 3 piece. When have you ever seen a dressing table with out a chair if it is on a 3 piece and why would someone need an extra mirror when they have one on the dressing table already.<br> I am so dissatisfied with the service I got from Morkels , they were so nice when I gave them my money but now poor service provider when it comes to delivering. I vowed not to buy from them again but i still don't have my chair &amp
