poor service deliver

I'm really appalled at how morkels maponya handles clients queries , you lodge complaints and it takes practically forever and you as a client need to do follow-up to check the status of the query. on 15/05/2015 I went and lodged a repairs query and I was called later in the day to confirm that a defy technician will come on the 18/05/2015 to fix the fridge and I took leave to wait for the technician who did not pitch what is worse, there was not even a call from the store sending an apology that the technician wont be coming. that is appalling customer service and I'm really tired of having to complain and have those issues not resolved. I'm really appalled and livid at how they treated me.
