Poor Service

I recently purchased a bed from Bradlows via the online service, this was the 10th May 2020, I have paid with no problems but they are giving me no feedback, been chatting with them online and I’m told first come first serve to deliver, I have been waiting and we are now on level three and they promised to deliver but the status does not change. I want my bed that I paid for
