Poor Service Bradlows!!!

We recently bought some furniture from Bradlows Bluff in Durban. Delivery of the lounge suite and several other things were done on Saturday 29 Aug 2026. But, on the delivery note was one of the beds we purchased but it was not in the truck for delivery. The truck driver made a call to (I can only assume) the warehouse and advised that the bed would be delivered 1st thing in the morning, Sunday. Nothing came from it as we waited the whole day for the delivery, causing us to cancel our family day plans. After phoning Bradlows multiple times, they keep saying " we cannot reach the warehouse". Today is Monday, not a call back or any correspondence from their side. This is really bad service with zero cuatomer care.
