Poor service at Bradlows Randfontein branch: as a client still not have received my toscana two piece bedroom suite.

I had bought a two piece toscana bedroom suite from bradlows randfontein branch. Paid everything on the 25th of July 2020and I have not received my bedroom suite. It has not been delivered. They promised to deliver my bedroom suite on the 27th of July 2020. Its now the 4th of August and I have not received anything. I have called and went to the store numerous times but they kept saying I shld go back home as my bed is on the way to my house. I last went it with all my banking papers requesting that they give me back my money and they have turned me back and refused to perform the transfer. When I call and they hear its me they just hang up. No one wants to talk to me about my money or my bedroom suite. I have never experienced such bad service ever in my life. I'm used to buying furniture at Bradlows westonaria branch and nothing of ths sort has ever happened. Ths is my first time buying at Randfontein branch bradlows and it has been a nightmare. As I write this review I am dissapointed, hurt and want my money back. I did not give them trouble when paying but why is it so difficult to deliver and keep their promise. The manager does not even want to give me answers as to why I have not received my bedroom suite. I need answers and explanation. It saddens me that I had paid so much money.
