Poor service and poor quality of product

Poor client service. They dont respond to internal complaints ref ********** 490 nor value their customers. Consultants handling customer complaints have no way of speaking. And keep referring us back to the store. Couches sold to us in Oct . Already tearing, not even 6 months . And now dont want to repair blaming the customer. Poor quality product. The material on couches advertised in store differes from the wat was delivered. Responses from sales person was they dont have any control of what is delivered as it comes from warehouse . Now we even have to call daily to get our damage couches return to us. Almost a month of frustration. I wish i had reviewed their client complaints as there are so many complaints of couches tearing and poor service on their website. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. We need a full refund asap.
