Poor service and low regards for customers

I purchased a deep freezer with Bradlows online on the 2nd of Dec 2024 and till today I haven't received my order. No one tried to reach me and least to try to explain the delay or the exact date of the delivery. The only thing I keep receiving is the system generated SMS's which state that my order will be delivered the next date. I have tried many times to escalate this but with no avail, every time I call I get the same reception that they will escalate the issue but nothing happens after that. This is purely disrespect and poor service for customers.
