Poor service and lies from Bradlows Benoni

Poor service and lies from Bradlows princess street at Benoni We bought a bed saterday to Gladys Ntshalintshali she is a such a ****. She promised delivery will be done on Monday. When we call on Monday afternoon she said delivery will be done on Tuesday as they are busy with stock taking and their telephone lines were not working.

Today we waited until the afternoon when we call her, she said the driver was picking up the bed in the warehouse, bed will be delivered now she is not answering our phone, there is no bed.

What a disappointment and lies. Can someone who understand customer care sort this issue out please. That lady is very old to lier.
