Poor service and incompetence

Very poor service, *********** stuff and doesn't care about the customers. I went there to lay-by w single beds for my daughter's room. On the day of lay-by I was told they don't keep stock at the shop so I must inform them 3 days in advance of collection. I then went there on Monday 28.05.2018 to settle the balance and on the lay-by and informed them that I will collect the beds on Friday 01.06.2018 which they agreed to and the manager said she will call me on Wednesday the 30.05.2018 to tell me that I can collect the beds. She then kept quiet and never called as promised. I therefore decided to go there to find out if my beds are ready for cocollection... when I got to the store the sales consultants were sitted chatting. I then greeted with excitement for the beds and asked if they are ready for Friday's collection...... they told me the beds were out of stock and they can only get them from their warehouse in Nelspruit and they can only be delivered on Wednesday 06.06.2018 which was not what we agreed upon. And to make me very angry nobody f##kn bothered to call me to tell me I can get my beds. The one lady said the manager who promised to call me might have forgotten about my purchase. And told me that they are very busy because it's month end. I asked how can they be very busy while sitted and without even 1 customer in the store before me. I am so furious because now I can't have my beds in time and I have now pay transport to collect because the one I arranged for Friday was free and only be available for me to use that day only. The f###kn store can't even pay me my money back. They say I have to wait 7 days or more. Now why the hell must I suffer while fault was from their side. I specifically told them I will be collecting on Friday because I needed it on Friday. I'm also moving out from current place hence I said Friday. I've never seen such incompetence from a so called manager. If she can't manage a simple purchase like mine how is she them going to manage her own employees.?????

I'm so angry and I will never refer anyone to them, ever .
