Poor service and horrible staff attitude.I need my money.

Bradford online services is very poor with bad attitude especially Helen Nairobi and her manager. I bought couches but after six I saw same couches at half price in another furniture store. I cancel the order and requested a refund. Helen was very rude I demanded to speak to her manager, her manager was worse so ***********, insensitive and unprofessional. She dropped the phone on my ears without any assistance. Will never buy from Bradford online as it is a worse nightmare.
