Poor service

The review is on behalf of my husband's account but I hv been the one communicating with them. At Bradlows they sold us damaged couches they took them and left us with nothing but every month thy are debuting on the acount for couching for us to know wht is happening i hv to b the one calling or going to the shop with the promise they wl deliver by the end of the week but nothing this month is gona be installment number 3 without couches they either escalating the issue or wll deliver before the week ends and stil no couches
