Poor service

Very poor service, my TV broke and I've been to the store to log it in for repairs and I always told that only the sales person who helped me can assist me which is Mervin by the sales person Mala and months later I hadn't received a call from Mervin, I was at the store again today and was assisted by Mala who again said I need to wait for Mervin only he can assist, for 3 months we hadn't had a functioning TV, very poor service
