Poor service

I bought couches in 2015 in JHB to be delivered at Ulundi, 1 couch had a problem with a leg, I was not happy. Again 2024 November I bought bedroom set at Eastgate mall to be delivered at Ulundi, firstly they did not deliver it on the day they promised, 3 days later they arrived with incomplete set, I returned them and they did not want assemble, second time they came with complete set they refused to assemble driver told me he does not assemble its not his job, I called to complete I was given reference number which never helped, I even called 4 times for them to assemble the item till today they never came. When you buy at bradlows they do not care if you are happy or not I have decided not to buy from them. I am still going to take them on to ombudsman we can not go on like that customer must be treated fairly as per consumer protection act
