Poor Service

<p>I made a lay by at Bradlows in Randburg Square last year March and made a deposit but unfortunately I couldn't continue with payments. This year February I was called by their head office or call center. I told them I'd like to cancel and I asked what documents should I bring forward. They said my ID copy and bankstatement will be fine. Now today I'm producing these documents and I'm being asked to produce proof of payment that I do not have and I must go to a police station to make an affidavit that I don't have time for. Don't they have records on the system? If my little will make them wealthy they can have it and enjoy it i will never work with them ever again. I'm annoyed</p>
