Poor service

October last year my mother bought a set of couches from bradlows at gugulethu mall , when they delivered the couches after we paid the outstanding amount ....the couches were not as brand-new, she then sent me to the mall to inform them about the problem...the manager told me that she can't assist me as I did not sign the deal with them...she was not even aware how my mother got to buy those couches in full but she refused to assist...I told them that my mother is elder person who can not afford to do up-and down coming to the mall and she told me that she needs to WhatsApp and send pictures of the faulty couches....I then ask them to send someone to have a look at the pictures as purchase was not via WhatsApp....moving forward- after several attempts of trying to get them to come have a look at the couches they eventually sent a guy who came to check and he also promised that they will come collect !!!! They collected and brought back a chair that is still faulty....we called and sent WhatsApp messages untill we were blocked ....my mother had to go again to the mall after months and enquire still they delayed to fix the problem - fast forwarding again after other attempts again they came to fetch the chairs again....it's April now 2022 we have no chairs to sit on we don't know when we will receive the couches back ....we asked bradlows to give us back our money so we can go to another furniture that will respect our money and treat us like paying customers!!!! I am sick and tired of this nonsense that we are dealing with! They promised to bring the furniture today and we still sitting on crates!!!!

We do not want anything to do with this shop again ...as they offer a very poor and disgusting service and they do not value people's money ...I for one I am sick and tired of speaking to managers that are not helpful- if there is no-one who is willing to take accountability of this mass ....we will take this further will our lawyer's!!!!
