Poor service

Bought a 65"jvc tv last year this year it started not to show pictures. Called the store which is silverton they told me yo take my tv to the nearest shop which i did.took to phola mall since ladt month didn't receive any communication from thm but my money is been debited. Today decided to call the store to do the follow up he just told me that im better coz pe have been waiting from last year.
