poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I never experience poor service like this in my entire life this is disgusting I don’t even know where to start L</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought couches from you last year, I had issues with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>There were issues with sponge and the arm rests, I did speak to the shop and the fetched it to repair, they were not fixed the 1st time, they had to come back a couple of times to get them fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last they brought back it was still not fixed I informed the shop that I no longer want it repaired but I want a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>My complaint was sent to the head office and was told they will resolve my issue. The manager Dave at the shop is extremely rude and not helpful at all</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I got the store manager Joseph but he’s even more helpless EXACTLY like DAVE he always promise to call back or give me feedback I don’t know what to do anymore I think I must just go straight to SPEACK out cause clearly nobody is willing to help me last week I was told to wait within 7 working days I will get my money back this morning I called the refund department KIM SOOBRAYAN was very cheeky she told me I’m not allowed to call them and find out please advise what must I do I need my money…I hope I will get help</p>
