Poor Service

I bought Hisense top loader washing machine during November 2022, recently the machine start to show an error , and is no longer working. I reported the machine on the 25th June 2023, on the 10th July I went back to the shop for follow up, only to find out that the report was not captured on the system so they must recapture it. The machine is still having warranty. They supposed to change the machine and give me the new one.
