poor service

We bought a leather lounge suit from Bradlows in Randburg .sales Man was Redman.they delivered the lounge suit and in the process the damaged them very bad.we called them the same day and asked them to come and collect the damaged lounge suit back .Redman told us that it will take to weeks for the new one to be delivered and after that nothing was done until my husband went there after two weeks and ti find out that nothing was done .Redman the sales person does care because he got his commission already .they are doung nothing about it and we still stuck with damaged lounge suit.we are very disappointed because we have veen a customer for Bradlows randburg for 7years and Redman beind our sales person.we are now goinf the legal route and we know our rights as customers.we need this lounge suit replaced as soon ad possible otherwise we taking legal action agaist Bradlows.
