POOR SERVICE

Hi

I have been retrench from work and i have sent a latter to bradlows to tell them that. And i made an arrangement with them that as soon as i receive money from my work place ,i will pay them back. Now they have been calling non stop wanting payment and i have told them that i have not receive any money from work. Yesterday they came to my house to come collect the couches. I don't understand this now as i have explain my situation to them and they have got proof . Is this how you treat your customer ?
