Poor service

I bought furniture cash from a Bradlows branch in Free State, which was to be deliveted in Pretoria. Confirmation on the availability of the items was made by the Warehouse in Pretoria via the sales consultant prior to the payment made on the 30th October 2018. Todate I have neither received the furniture nor updates with respect to the delivery from Bradlows Furniture.
