Poor service

Today i went to the East Rand Value Mall Bradlows store to try and settle my account. I was in the store from 1240 until 1320, trying to get a hold of the accounts department which a helpful lady dikeledi assisted me with. The two of kept getting cut whilst on hold or it would noy even ring. I wasted so much time of my day to try and settle an account of which I had no luck. This is absolutely appalling service from bradlows head office accounts department and the other departments who did not want to help and kept passing the buck. Its a shame my loyalty and satisfaction has to come to an end in such a way. I will definitely not be returning to seek credit from bradlows again.
