Poor service
Good day
I sent a review after the atrocious service from the customer service representative (Ryan). No one from the store even tried to contact me. What type of business are you. Don’t you take pride in the service that are being provided o is it just about the money. Sell the goods once the sale is done the customers don’t get any assistance as there no commission involved

I still have not received any responds. The store call Friday asking if any has collect the mattress. The lady said she will call me back no responds. Are the waiting for the guarantee to expire. With service I would not recommend anyone to buy at Bradlows due to only the sale is good ant issues there after does not get dealt with.
