Poor service

I have a problem with bradlows, I have goods with them that was claimed almost two moths now , wanted the couches to be fixed , even now am still awaiting my goods however they are very good in calling when u have missed only one day of not paying and reminding about their payment , it’s nice when customers pay but when it comes to them having to deliver what they have promised its a definitely poor service, I wouldn’t advise ppl to purchase from that shop as they have a tendency of mistreating their customers, I had my goods returned solely because they had not been fixed but guess what the deliver guys returned to their supplier or rather that wharehouse and told them I said I don’t want the couch anymore , which normal person would do that I just don’t know , u know what makes me angry is that I even spoke to the lady from bradlows warehouse and told her my problem, a second request for them to be fixed has been logged but even now I still don’t have my full goods, bradlows doesn’t respect customer and they don’t leave up to their values one shop that I will never set my foot in nor making purchases , I suggest if anyone wanna buy there they should be quite sure of what they wanna do
