Poor service

I bought I leather lounge suite at the end of August at Bradlows Carnival Mall for cash. After 3 days I realised that the 2 seated sofa' s left armrest was a bit shaky and I reported that. They sent their delivery man to come and check it and he realised it was not well fastened by the supplier . He informed the store and what they were supposed to do was to replace my 2 seated and report the matter to the supplier instead the sofa was taken to their warehouse where *****s were inserted on both sides of the sofa and the seater fastened together with the backrest. On Friday afternoon it was delivered but I sent it back with the delivery me who brought it as I wasn't happy with the service I got. When I call the store I'm told the warehouse employees will call me as this was out of the store' s hand. I've now come to a conclusion that I'll take the remaining pieces to their store and ask for a refund
