Poor service. 2 months and No delivery

I bought a couch on 12/06/2020 and their delivery period it's said to be 10 days max but to date I haven't received anything not even a communication until I launched a complain. But still I'm waiting, I launched complaints 3 times, they requested a copy of invoice which I sent but still no response. I want my money back with interests. They kept my money for 2 months. I'm no longer interested in their product , I'll buy from reliable stores. Order number *** and invoice number #***
