Poor service

hi my name is Esther Kujane. i bought fridge at bradlows on credit. the principal price is R15582.90, I paid R5000,00 immediately after i receive the delivery. a week after that my first installment was debited but the settlement amount is R10810.61. i have them an email that i want them to send me a statement to see how payments were captured in my account last, what i got is an automatic respond from the system. please email me statement that includes my initial payment.<br> <br> regards
