poor service

I bought a bedroom suit last year and when i check the wadrobe it was damaged i was promised that store will send people to fix it..one came till today ive been on the store several times tis year and last year but the mamager keeps on telling that i must be petient i know this things how they work because im also working for a retail i was very angry and disappointed he did nt want to refund me when i was asking about returning it
