Poor quality wardrobes

I bought a R7000 assembly type wardrobe for cashon 24 April 2017 and within 6 months it disintegrated. Firstly the saleswoman at the Alberton store was dishonest after she told me the guy who assembled these units will be at my house the following day despite it being a weekend. He only arrived on Monday. Then she harassed my partner to buy sofas despite me lodging my disapproval of her conduct and she still works there. I lodged a complaint with the store last year around July after the whole unit finally gave in and to this day all I get is replies that the matter has been escalated. I will never ever touch anything from Bradlows even if it was offered for free. It was my first and last purchase from there.
