poor quality of goods sold and poor services

i bought a lounge suite from Morkels in johannesburg CBD and i took delivery of the lounge suite, i then assess them and discovered that the lounge suite had damages. i then contacted Morkels to come collect the lounge suite and they never did. eventually i decided to go to them and then too the lounge suite and told and gave me a new lounge suite. The same thing happened with the lounge suite they gave me . i then told them that i do not want another lounge suite as they sale things of bad quality. they then told me that they will give me a refund and i should submit my Identity document and account details and i will receive the funds in 3-7 working days. 7days has lapsed and i have not received anything.
