Poor quality matress that costed me R10000 at Morkels in khayelitsha but I feel like **** every morning.

Good afternoon Peter I have a very big problem with the shop that I bought a bed in the shop is Morkels in khayelitsha. I bought a bed in this shop last year around November for R9999 cash, now this bed is giving me problem when I wake up the following day my baby is very, very saw. I am now sleeping in the kids room with my wife. I reported this matter at shop they said I must take a picture of the bed and send it to them, if you have a engine problem and the manufacturer says take a picture of the engine and send it to them does that make any sense? They sent a lady by the name of Shamilla who was very rood, unprofessional and insultive to the shop and I took them to my place with the shop manager.She said there was nothing wrong with the bed for just sleeping on it for 2 minutes whereas I sleep on it for 8 hours and wake up with a painful body. I went back again and told them that I am not satisfied with the product and they said they are going to call the head office.The head office called and said they can not do anything regarding the discomfort of the bed.Now I don't want anything to do with Sealy and Morkels I want my money back to buy another bed that is comfortable for that kind of money, because I don't trust Sealy product please help because I must buy mabulants tablet s for back pain please help.
