Poor quality for lots of money

Bought sofas to the value of R32000 from Bradlows Lebowakgomo on Black Friday 2018, in less than a year ... The sofas are torn and when returning them,I'm told I must pay R8000 because the SUPPLIER reported that they were damaged by someone trying to move them and I called customer care to handle the matter since I have no business with the supplier because I bought from Bradlows and not the supplier but they told me they also could not do anything as the supplier s word was final. Sofas with a five years warranty should be strong enough to bear being moved, instead of customers having to call assistance when wanting to move them and any logical person who sees a sofa getting torn when moved can't continue moving other but now being accused of being stupid enough to tear all four sofas at the same place and they are said to be genuine leather. I'm very disappointed with the quality of products from Bradlows as I found another lady complaining about different sofas at the shop when wanting went to report mine,if it's not quality then it should not cost so much so that we can always have money left to fix. I really would not advice anyone to buy at the stores , especially when issues are handled by external people because the warranty is from the store so from my understanding they should get a warranty from the suppliers they use and fix or give me new sofas instead of claiming things they can't prove just to get theselves out of doing what's right . I'm now fighting with my husband because he didn't even want to buy there ,we are sitting on camp chairs which is very tiring so I felt I should help others with my story but I'm really not going to take this lying down....
