poor quality bed

so last year November i layby a bed at Bradlows Daveyton in mayfield mall managed to pay it off in jan 2023,to my surprise the springs of the bed are coming out on two sides of the bed and am thinking to myself its not even six month having the bed but already its horrible the moment you get on the bed it produces a sound like a very old bed and mind you am not obese, I owned a restonic bed which i bought at bradlows 8 years ago and it has never showed me all these flames till i recently changed it after 8 years and this one i bought seems like three months wont come as the quality is very poor ,i know its not that expensivee as i bought it for 4500.00 but that's my money and i worked very hard for that money,i am even thinking to myself is it because i bought the bed over a lay bye not account that is why i was given a quantity bed rather than quality ,i went to the store two weeks ago and lodged a complaint i was informed ill get a call bck till to date, am so disgusted and irritated in actual fact i want my refund
