Poor quality and service

I am disappointed. Last year I bought couches at bradlows in town Pretoria Before the couches where even a year old I experienced problems where the leather couches cracked for the 1st time beginning of this year. A query was logged the couch was collected and fixed. Again last month one of the couches cracked visited the store again and they collected the couches last month the 20th and I was told again it takes 2 weeks for the couches to be fixed. It’s more than 2 weeks and the feedback I’m getting is they are waiting for the supplier, bear in mind that each and every month they are debiting my account and I have never even missed an installment/payment. The couches are under warranty and the service I am getting in unacceptable. What even makes me more mad is that I have to visit the shop at all times to find out how far is the couch. Bradlows can see that this is a problem why can’t they offer a new couch. The Poor service that I have been receiving is frustrating.
