poor quality and poor service

i bought a Sienna 3 Piece Bedroom Suite from bradlows Jabulani mall when it was time to deliver they game a run around not telling it was out of stock . they said i should go to Pretoria to fetch it , I was talking to Mike . when I receive the bedroom suit i then called the store and complained i was told that someone will call me . months went by called again and i was told the same story . i called asked for the manager Lebo who said i must said him pic i did and nothing happened month later i followed up with him he someone will call me . they call me today and said why am I complaining now they will reject my claim .

i am very disappointed with bradlows poor product and poor service R13000 is a lot of money for you to treat me **** that is my hard earn money wena Mike and Lebo .you acting like i forced you to buy and I said to you guys give me back my money if you dont have the product and you refused .you acting like you owe JD group. nxa
