Poor Quality and bad customer service

Good evening I hope this finds you well I have furniture from Bradlows and all the furniture is in warranty and has insurance, the one item id like to complain about it's my 3 piece day bed couch, it started peeling off, they took it into the warehouse for 4 weeks and we'll a month later it came back in a much worse condition than it left, they didn't fix it, the legs of the couch are loose and white material has started showing on my couch, I don't know what they were doing with the couch for a whole month. I had to sit on the floor for what !!!!!. I like like this matter to be attended to ASAP. I am paying for a service that I don't receive. It's barely 2 years that I've had this couch. If this matter is not attended to I will take Bradlows to the ombudsman.
