Poor quality

I bought a bedroom suite last year at bradlows in Cradock. I had to change it every time due to poor quality. I took a more expensive one everytime because I thougt the quality would be better. The last one I took was almost 19 000 rand and now I sit with the most damaged bedroom suite ever,the drawers cannot close properly and the headboard is chipped. I mean you spend that money to have something for life.
