Poor Product Quality and Service Delivery

do not buy from bradlows bluff ! around 2 years ago in june we bought a furniture set including at headboard, after could of months the head board started bending towards me and it seemed as if it was either unstable on fitted incorrectly, we then contacted bradlows for months for assistance of which they promised to help but no action was taken until we contacted their head office and after they they took the furniture and promised to fix the furniture , but instead they charge us for and ink stain on it which we subsequently paid but the furniture didnt come back we called them for months and even went to the store with no assistance bare in mind we are currently still paying for this furniture and it's been at the warehouse for a year and after they did bring it back after a year !!! the issue of the instability has not been fixed instead it's become worse to the point where even the couriers couldnt leave the furniture because for it to stand upright someone has to be holding it up of else it would fall and break!!! which means its either we were sold a cheap item or they dont value us as customers since its has taken now over a year to get service or assistance
