Poor product quality and bad service

Bought a bed online at bradlows and it was delivered on the 29 February it is hardly 5weeks the bed is falling inside and has a huge bump in the middle and the sound is even worse....spoke with them on whatsapp about 2weeks ago and am still waiting no communication nothing that time I wake up to back ache every morning bradlows do better they should just give me a new quality bed on give me my money back coz now am always tired because of this bed
