Poor poor service!

I ordered a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Yesterday, the driver told me he was only given the microwave to deliver - I did not accept the order as it is was incomplete. Today I called the call centre and they said the store did not send all the details to the warehouse. I have been trying to get feedback from the lady who helped me but she is giving me the run-around. This is really horrible service and I almost want to cancel the whole thing! Can someone give me an update of where these appliances are and when I will be receiving them
