Poor poor disgusting service

I bought base n matress 26th november up to date still awaiting delivery..when i call the store in festival mall bradlows the receptionist say your sales rep will call you back..hence in the store beds are advertised as same day delivery..today i called them they just hang the phone...i have never experienced such disgusting service .their head office is useless too i called they said i must get resolution about my delivery from the store.....
