Poor Customer Services delivery

I fully bought electronics online from Bradlows and they never delivered. They dont answer customer calls and I think their customer care line number ***or account number *** are not being monitored at all. Instead of sending us automated reply messages I would have love if someone can assure me that they received my payments and when the shipment will be done.
