Poor customer services and zero effort to meet customers concerns

I app**** for credit with Bradlows Kimberley a month ago and I requested the items to be exchange before delivery and the items were delivered anyway . I explained to them how I will not be able to pay for items that are not at my disposal or the ones I am not using. I have been in contact with the store, they do not respond to emails and when I visit the store they just keep on saying the process is legal and they are unable to follow up with the head office. They even delivered a used base that is torn on the corners , I laid the complain after delivery , they are still not responding . I have had credits with other stores with no issues and now Bradlows is giving me endless sleepless nights.
