Poor Customer Service, The Stuff is Rude!!

I recently bought a bed at Bradlows and I absolutely love it but the staff at Bradlows in Durban, West street are very rude. I had put down a deposit for a fridge as well but I have since cancelled it.

Firstly I don't understand how I was being charged R450 for delivery to a place just a kilometer away from the store and when I asked the reason was that they have to pick up the bed from their storeroom, which I am not sure how this is my problem.

I eventually decided to get myself another driver which by the time we arrived to pick up the bed it was already put in the sidewalk of the street. This is probably the worst customer services ever and when I told my colleagues they shared the same sentiments. Is this how you treat customers?
