Poor customer service from Bradlows store mamelodi

Bought a double door fridge last year August, everything went till last week Saturday when it started making a huge noise. Since it was late and Sunday they don't open 22 noon I was at the store to report this issue because I bought it on credit. The manager logged a complain then she promised that it will be attended as an urgent matter, to my surprise I tried calling the customer complain to check if the complain was logged and to my surprise nothing was done. I did the step to step gathering with the consultant on the phone and they told me that they will send somebody to come and check what the problem was. Till today I'm sitting with a fridge that is not working and they expecting a monthly payment from me meanwhile I'm sitting with something which is not working. Their service is very poor and the sad part is I was a regular customer to that store but as from today I dont want anything to do with this furniture shop period.
