Poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I inquired about the Sealy Argo Queen bed as advertised in their August catalogue 2020, only to be told that they only have Sealy Kings in stock. Why advertise something that is not in stock? The person helping me had no idea what I was talking about at first and I had to spell "Argo' 5 times. Definitely a very unwilling and unprofessional attitude. Will never try to buy anything from them again.
