poor customer service

i saw a coffee table on Bradlows website advertised for R0.00 I then requested the table where they were charging me R295 for the delivery, I made a payment for the delivery only to later on when i was querying my delivery they inform me of the error on the system. On the 26 January 2021 i asked them to refund me my R295 that i have paid for the delivery since they cant give the coffee table. When call the customer i get different people who tells me different story as if the working for the different company. All I'm requesting for is my refund so I can stop calling your useless company and your ********* procedure. order number :***
